Choosing a holistic health care provider like Elevate My Health & Wellness offers you services not normally provided through traditional clinics.  In person, new patient, appointments are 60-90 minutes in length versus the typical 10-15 minutes experienced at other clinics. More time ensures your needs are addressed and helps build a strong patient-provider relationship.

As a holistic provider we are a cash pay per visit. Insurance is not accepted. 
Superbills will be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement.
